The M&A transaction advisory business was transferred to a separate company – Pollination Capital – in 2013. Pollination Capital was appointed as an approved M&A Advisor of Worth.Business in 2023.

Johann has always been at the heart of these companies and developed his skills and experience in the corporate finance consulting environment within Intellifin and then later Pollination Capital. He worked with various clients ranging from multi-billion rand corporates to smaller companies.
